We call him: Calvin, Cal, Calbert, Catbert, Calvinator, Calvino, California Raisin, California Roll, Cal-Pal, Calvie, (and sometimes Sambo) (I can't help it---it just comes out!  Until recently, all boys in this house were named Sam!)
